Contact StreamEast
One address handles everything: [email protected]. There is no contact form and no phone line.
A problem with a listing
Send the address of the page, the teams or the event name, and what looks wrong. For a start time, tell us the time you believe is right and where you saw it.
A stream that will not play
Give the page address, the label of the row you tried (SportsUpdates 1, for example), roughly when you tried it, and the phone or computer and the browser you had open. We can swap or remove a row, but trouble inside another site's player, such as pop-ups or buffering, is outside our reach.
Copyright notices
Use the same address with "DMCA" as the subject line. For the details a notice must carry, see the DMCA page.
What to expect
Every message is read, though not all of them get an answer, and a fix usually shows up on the page itself rather than in your inbox. Reports about a live event are easiest to act on while it is still on. How we handle your e-mail is set out in the privacy policy.
