Terms of use

These terms apply to anyone who uses streameast.gdn. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using it.

What StreamEast provides

StreamEast lists live sports events, free of charge. Each listing gives a start time and links to streams on other websites. We do not host, record, upload or relay any video, and the site needs no account and no payment. We will never ask you to pay, install software or hand over personal details in order to watch, so a page that asks for any of these is not ours.

Using the site

You may browse the schedule, open its pages and follow its links for your own personal use. You are welcome to link to any page on StreamEast from anywhere. If you quote our text, keep the quote short and link back to the page it came from.

Acceptable use

When you use StreamEast, please do not:

• copy the schedule in bulk with scrapers or other automated tools, or request pages at a rate that slows the site down for other people;
• probe the server for weaknesses, try to reach parts of it that are not public, or interfere with its security;
• pass off a copy of our pages, our name or our logo as your own, or use them to make people think you are us;
• use the site to break any law that applies to you.

We may block traffic that does any of these things, without warning.

Links and content from other sites

Watch buttons and some other links take you to pages outside streameast.gdn. Those sites decide what they show, including the video, the advertising, pop-ups and any request to download a file or allow notifications. A link on StreamEast is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of any outside site. The rules and privacy policy of each outside site apply from the moment you land there.

Take the same care there as anywhere else on the web. Do not install software or switch on browser notifications just because a stream page tells you to.

Your responsibility

The rules on watching broadcasts differ from one country to the next. Checking what applies where you are before you open a stream, and keeping to it, is up to you.

Accuracy and changes to the schedule

We work to keep start times, names and links right, but games are moved, postponed and cancelled, and outside streams go offline without notice. Listings can be added, changed or removed at any time, and the site itself may be changed, paused or taken offline. If a time matters to you, confirm it with the league, the promoter or the broadcaster.

No warranty

StreamEast is provided "as is" and "as available". We give no promise, express or implied, that the site or any linked stream will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, free of errors or free of harmful code, or that it will suit a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, StreamEast and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site, from being unable to use it, or from anything on a website reached through its links. That includes direct and indirect loss, lost data and harm to your device. Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Names, logos and copyright

League, team, event and broadcaster names and logos on StreamEast belong to the companies and organisations that own them. They appear here only to identify the events listed, and their use does not mean those owners support the site or are connected with it; the disclaimer has more on this. Rights holders who want a link removed should follow the steps on the DMCA page.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. A revised version replaces the text on this page and takes effect when it is published, and the "last updated" line at the start of this page shows when that happened. Carrying on using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
